CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) UPDATE 6/4/20:
Escape In Time is excited to announce that WE ARE OPEN for business, as of Thursday, June 4th, 2020!
Your health is our top priority. We have put special measures in place to keep all guests safe both during and after their adventure.
We have increased the frequency and thoroughness of disinfecting between each group. Hand sanitizer will be provided in designated areas. Staff will be following all social distancing guidelines and screened daily to ensure they are healthy and symptom-free.
As we begin our phased reopening, we will be following the steps below to ensure the safety of our guests and staff.
1. A wellness check will be performed before entering the facility.
All individuals that have been recently exposed to the Covid-19 virus or are showing symptoms should remain home. Please give us a call so we are able to discuss your options.
2. All employees and guests must wear a mask in common areas.
Don’t have a mask? No problem! You will be able to purchase a mask either in advance or upon your arrival. Guests are welcome to remove their masks once they are inside of the escape room, but will be required to put them back on before exiting back into the common area.
3. Use of hand sanitizer will be required before entering the facility.
Escape In Time will provide hand sanitizer both before you enter the facility and in designated, common areas. Individual hand sanitizer will also be available for purchase.
4. Social distancing will be required in common areas.
All individuals that are not within the same party must keep at least a 6-foot distance from each other.
5. All escape room experiences will be private!
Until further notice, your adventure will only include your party. Once tickets have been successfully booked online into an empty room, there will not be an option to add more individuals. If you’d like to add more tickets to your group, please call and our associates will be happy to assist you.

The Presidential Ban has been extended until April 30, 2020 - so Escape in Time is temporarily closed until then. We understand this is a difficult time for everyone, but appreciate your understanding while we too are affected by this crisis. We have cancelled any bookings up until May 1st and will continue to reassess as the weeks pass. Have no fear, we will be opening after all of this is over! Although our employees have been laid off, we are still here for you and continuing to monitor our phones and emails from home. CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) UPDATE 3/17/20:
We will be contacting all of our customers scheduled through April 5th, 2020 to make arrangements and discuss rebooking options. All customers will be able to rebook to a future date. We are able to extend certificates purchased through Escape in Time expiring between now through May 31st by 90 days. Any extensions for certificates not purchased through us will need to be discussed with the third party in which the certificate was purchased. Our strict no-refund policy will continue to be enforced at this time. Please send us an email if you are in need of an extension.

CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) UPDATE 3/14/20:
Due to the most recent National State of Emergency announcement made March 13th, 2020: In order to comply with standards set by the CDC for social distancing, and to allow our guests the choice to attend or cancel, without penalty - if you are rebooking interested in rebooking today/tomorrow for today Saturday March 14th or tomorrow Sunday March 15th, we will be waiving the 50% rebooking fee, for these two days only.

CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) UPDATE 3/12/20:
We are currently unaffected by the Coronavirus; we are open for business, and are maintaining our current business hours! We understand that as the COVID-19 situation continues to develop, that our customers' concerns will, as well. We appreciate you reaching out so we are able to share the steps we are taking to keep our customers, staff, and facility safe.
We are taking cleanliness and sanitation of the facility very seriously. We are thoroughly cleaning our lobby and rooms, both before and after each gameplay. All surfaces and items are sanitized with increased focus on frequently touched, high-volume areas.
Our staff has been trained to take all necessary precautions to ensure proper sanitation for both our guests, and themselves. Gloves, frequent/thorough hand washing, and sanitation solutions (anti-viral/anti-bacterial disinfectants and sprays with a minimum 70% alcohol content) are just a few safety measures that are enforced regularly; however, we have increased the focus and repetition during this time. Any associates with illness symptoms must contact management immediately, and will be required to stay home.
We supply hand sanitizer in our lobby, however, due to the current shortages, we will not be supplying it inside of each room. All guests are more than welcome to bring their own hand sanitizer and/or gloves for extra protection during their gameplay, if they wish to do so.
As we would with any similar event, we are monitoring the situation daily and will adjust business operations accordingly, if needed. With that being said, all Escape in Time policies will continue to be enforced. Please see below for our cancellation and rebooking policies.
Do you take cancellations or offer refunds?
Unfortunately, no. Just like movies, concerts, haunted houses, sports, and other ticketed events, we are unable to give a refund - no exceptions. When you reserve a spot it is yours, and we are unable to rent it out to someone else if your party fails to make it. We can, however, reschedule your ticket(s) with adequate notice! Requests must be handled a minimum of 48 hours before your scheduled event. This 48 hour advance notice gives us time to try to fill some of your reserved spots, but there's no guarantee we will be able to do so. If you must rebook with less than 48 hours notice, you will be subject to a 50% rebooking fee - as this is not enough notice for us to fill those empty spots.
How do I request to reschedule my booking?
We do require a minimum of 48 hours before your scheduled event to reschedule a booking, so that we still have the opportunity to fill that time slot. If you call or email more than 48 hours in advance, we are happy to assist you in rebooking your appointment without penalty (we must do so on our back end). Please do not attempt to rebook yourself online. An associate must assist you with your rebooking and refunds will not be processed. If your booking is within 48 hours, you may still rebook your appointment, but a 50% rebooking fee will be applied and due in full at the time of rebooking.
What happens to my ticket(s) if Escape in Time's operation hours change?
In the event of a forced closure or if Escape in Time deems our facility unsafe or feels that the customers' and staff's health is at risk, we may be inclined to close the facility or change our operation hours temporarily. If your appointment were to fall on a day or time in which the facility must close, you will be able to rebook to a future date, without penalty. All discounted offers, gift certificates, or vouchers' restrictions would still apply. Expiration dates will be considered on a case-by-case basis, but no more than a 90-day extension will be granted, at this time. Refunds will not be provided in the case that the facility closes due to safety concerns, no exceptions.
